Epoxy Solventless Trickle Varnish F1133
Properties: F1133 is a type of epoxy solventless trickle varnish modified by unsaturated polyester resin. It is composed of part A and B. Before using the varnish, please fully mix part A and B by the proportion of 1:1 (weight ratio) and wait for about 20 minutes until the bubbles disappeared. It is applied to coils insulation for motors and electric devices of Class B and F. |

| Operation instructions: |
| 1) After well mixing part A and B (usually mixing for 30~60 minutes with a motor), the viscosity of the varnish shall be tested. And then adjust the varnish to meet the requirement of trickling. The life time of the varnish after mixing is 24h. |
| 2) The rotator and stator coils of the motor shall be heated before impregnating. The heating time and temperature are up to the size of the motor. The reference heating time and temperature is: 2 hours at 130⊥ or 10~15 minutes at 190~200⊥. And then do after-treatment for 3~5 hours at 130⊥. |
